How we handle closed-beta applications and consented analytics.
What we collect
We collect your email address and country. Birth year and referral source are optional.
How we use it
We use this information to operate the closed-beta waitlist, send access invitations and understand the beta audience. We do not add you to a marketing newsletter.
How long we keep it
Unconverted waitlist records are deleted 90 days after the closed beta ends. Registered players follow the game account retention policy.
Your choices
To request access to or deletion of your waitlist data, email [email protected].
Analytics data
Google Analytics is disabled until you allow analytics cookies. If allowed, it receives normalized page categories, language, referral channel and successful waitlist outcomes—but never form entries or account identifiers.
Cookies and retention
Your analytics choice and Google Analytics cookies expire after 180 days. Google Analytics user-level event data is configured for 14-month retention.
Data operator
The waitlist is operated by Retro Hockey Manager. Google processes consented analytics data as our analytics provider; advertising features, Google Signals and GA User-ID are disabled.
